9. Refund Policy
Clear refund conditions apply to booked courses and programs.

Cancellations up to 14 days before the start of the course: full refund.

Cancellations up to 7 days before the start of the course: 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Cancellations less than 7 days before the start of the course: no refund.
If a course is canceled by Horizont Raum Academy, a full refund of any payments already made will be issued. Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of confirmation of the cancellation.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the registered office of Horizont Raum Akademie.
